A quick note upfront. This post is for fun and the ideas of uses for your fans are fun ideas.
In fact, I hope they inspire you to create some fun ideas of your own. I’m not going to say anything about whether you should or should not use your fans for this purpose. That’s up to you. I’m just going to give you some ideas.
So, let us start the fun.
Table of Contents
Use your fan to blow bubbles
Now, I’m not saying put bubble liquid on or in your fan. What I mean is instead of blowing the bubbles from the dispenser with your own breath, why not put the dispenser in front of a fan and let the cool air from it blow out those bubbles.
In this situation, the fan is doing all the work. The fan is blowing air through the dispenser and the fan is blowing the bubbles out of the dispenser. It’s a win-win situation.
A quick note here. If you do this, you may want to think about the power of the fan. You don’t want it blowing too hard and pushing out all the air in the room.
Simulate wind while playing car games
Personally, I love playing car simulation type games. I’ve played them on the computer and console. I’ve had steering wheels, brake pedals and gear sticks all to add to the simulation. With the aid of a fan, I can take it to the next level adding the simulation of wind in my hair while driving.
Again, you don’t have actually to put anything in your hair. Just let the wind blow through your hair.
Add sound effects to your car game
I have a small desktop fan and it has a switch on it. I’ve found that I can change the speed of the fan and the noise it makes. With that in mind, I can turn the fan on or off when the car game starts and stop it when the game ends. That way, I can add sound effects to my car game.
Adding the fun factor…
Simulation of sea spray
The third fun alternative is to pretend you’re at the seaside and feeling the spray of the sea in your face. Simply sit in front of the fan and get someone to spray water into the breeze and let it spray into your face.
Consequently, you get to feel like you’re at the seaside.
The more creative you are with your fan and its uses, the more fun you can have.
A final note
